This article presents an overview of the legislative situation of the stewardship of the judiciary in Haiti. Where, through an analysis, an attempt is made to demonstrate that this independence must necessarily go through that of the judiciary, which is often badly managed by the intrusion of other powers, particularly the executive. The method of appointment and discipline of the different categories of magistrates are analysed in this article.
