Journal Presentation

The Journal of Leadership, Territorial Planning, Tourism and Sustainable Development (LATDD) is an international open-access scientific journal published by Editorial Universitaria IUS (P-IUS). Its objective is to disseminate original, peer-reviewed research on territorial leadership, planning, tourism, and sustainable development.

The journal places special emphasis on the dynamics of the Caribbean, while also encouraging international comparisons and interdisciplinary approaches. LATDD is intended for researchers, academics, policymakers, and professionals involved in territorial and sustainable development.

Editorial Line

LATDD adopts an interdisciplinary approach integrating territorial economics, geography, urban planning, management, political science, and environmental studies. The journal prioritizes empirical and comparative articles based on explicit methods, verifiable data, and reproducible results. It promotes open science, methodological transparency, and contributions that are useful for public action.
