The journal aims to disseminate rigorous and policy-relevant scholarship in its field, encouraging interdisciplinary and comparative perspectives, especially across Caribbean and Francophone contexts.

  • Applied mathematics, modelling, optimization and statistics

  • Energy systems, energy transition, efficiency, grids and modelling

  • Information and communication technologies (ICT), information systems, AI and data science, networks and cybersecurity

  • Reproducibility: sharing of code, parameters and data when possible
